By accessing and using the CNB Mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
CNB Mobile is a gamified application that rewards users with virtual points for accessing the app daily.
CNB Mobile points DO NOT have real monetary value and do not constitute any form of investment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. User Account
To use the App, you must create an account using authentication via Google or Apple.
5. Usage Rules
- Do not use the App for illegal purposes
- Do not attempt to manipulate the points system
- Do not improperly create multiple accounts
- Do not use bots or automated tools
6. Points and Ranking
Points are awarded exclusively as a form of gamification. We reserve the right to modify the system at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All App content is the exclusive property of CNB Mobile.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of the App.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
